Summer Reading 2024: Adventure Begins at Your Library
Welcome to our 2024 Summer Reading Challenge for all ages!
Beginning JUNE 8
Ending AUGUST 3
This page will provide you with information about how to participate in our Summer Reading Challenges:
Adults (ages 18+)
Teens (ages 13-18)
Kids (ages 5-12)
Early Readers (ages 0-4)
Participants will use Beanstack, a web and mobile app that individuals and families can use to log their reading and complete various activities in order to complete our Challenge, with the chance to win some awesome prizes!
Our Summer Reading Challenge doesn't open in Beanstack until June 8, but you can always create your account(s) early if you'd like.
The Beanstack App is a great way to help every participant feel engaged and motivated to read and have fun at the library all summer long. But you can still participate without using the mobile or desktop app--paper logs are available upon request!
-
Click here to access our Beanstack Summer Reading portal, where you can register yourself and your family members.
-
Already have an account from last year? Log in and select the challenge you'd like to join from the main Beanstack page.
-
Participants of all ages can log their reading and/or activities throughout the summer to earn digital raffle tickets. Caregivers will be able to use the app to help children properly log & earn raffle tickets.
-
The more reading and/or activities that you log through Beanstack, the more raffle tickets you'll earn! That means you'll have even better chances of winning one of our prizes.
-
FYI to Early Readers, Kids, and Teens challenges: -> logging books or minutes is not required, but if patrons would like to keep track of their summer reading they are welcome to use this bonus Beanstack feature.
Note: This feature will not accrue raffle tickets
