Meet local mixed-media artist Megan Lui and view dazzlingly layered, collage works on display! 

Megan Lui is a contemporary mixed media artist based in Detroit. Using diverse materials such as modeling paste, collage papers, spray paint, ink, and acrylic paint, Lui builds layers and textures on the canvas. I play with contrasting elements—repetitive patterns and lines interwoven with natural imagery. These intentional pairings challenge expectations, showing that seemingly conflicting elements can coexist harmoniously.

Lui recently debuted works here during our Spring Group Show. Join us on November 24 for a special reception celebrating this new solo show of mixed media works by Megan Lui.
