We host a monthly Board Game Club for Middle School students (grades 6-8).
Want to beat each other up as giant monsters? Or maybe, steal treasures from the mall without saying a word? How about teaming up with other Marvel heroes to defeat the villains? Come to the Middle School Board Game Club, where you'll learn and play awesome board games!
This club will meet monthly on the second Thursday of each month to learn & play new board games together

The Ferndale Library and Affirmations cohost a social club/book club for kids in grades 4-8, meeting on the fourth Tuesday of each month, starting at 6:00 pm in the library's program room.
This is a social hour with a book discussion included. Each month, attendees have the chance to read and then discuss a selected book at the Reading Rainbow.
At our next meeting on MARCH 25, we'll talk about The Tea Dragon Society by K. O'Neill
Kids don't have to have finished (or even started) the book to attend the Reading Rainbow; the rest of the hour is free time dedicated to socializing/crafting/hanging out together.
Drop-Ins are always welcome!
You can pick up a copy of this month's book at the Ferndale Library or place a hold online.
About the book: The Tea Dragon Society is the two-time Eisner Award-winning gentle fantasy that follows the story of a blacksmith apprentice, and the people she meets as she becomes entwined in the enchanting world of tea dragons.
